Speaking at an event in Naudero, Bilawal Bhutto expressed concern that the propagation of divisive and hate-filled politics would harm both Pakistan and its people. He questioned the confidence of the public in Pakistan’s politicians, political parties, and the government, urging reflection on their satisfaction.

Highlighting the rising threat of terrorism, Bilawal Bhutto pledged to eradicate this menace, asserting that the nation needs to respond to the challenges posed by extremist ideologies. He emphasized the need to answer the heinous acts of terrorism committed in the country, recalling the sacrifices of his family, including the assassination of Benazir Bhutto and attacks on the PPP and APS.

Bilawal Bhutto also reflected on his late mother, paying tribute to Benazir Bhutto’s legacy and commitment to countering terrorism. He affirmed that the PPP and its supporters have consistently confronted terrorist organizations, even facing attacks on their leadership and party offices.

Addressing the broader geopolitical scenario, Bilawal Bhutto criticized the usage of arms by the United States in Afghanistan, asserting that weapons previously utilized against the Taliban are now in the possession of terrorist organizations in Pakistan.
