Pakistan Shot Down All 29 Israeli-Made Drones Used by India: DG ISPR. ISPR Director General Major General Ahmed Sharif Thursday strongly rebutted India’s recent claims of so-called successful strikes inside Pakistan, calling them ‘fantasy stories’ driven by domestic political agendas and war hysteria.
The spokesperson of the armed forces of Pakistan emphasized that Pakistan not only monitored India’s drones in real time but also responded effectively and responsibly by shooting all 29 of them so far.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, DG ISPR confirmed that four projectiles were launched from India’s Adampur Airbase, with three landing inside Indian Punjab’s Amritsar and one crossing into Pakistan, where it was successfully intercepted over Dinga in the Gujrat district. Forensic analysis of the missile debris is underway.
Pakistan Army denies claims of Indian media
ISPR DG said these so-called 15 strikes claimed by India are nothing but a work of fiction.
Sharif said. “Their images showed dry fields — not a single credible site. You can only laugh at such stories. Are the Indian government and armed forces still living in the 18th century? In the 21st century, every action leaves a digital signature.”
Pakistan chooses time and place to respond — loud and clear for world to see: DG
He added that India’s repeated attempts to create a theatrical narrative — similar to the 2016 so-called surgical strike’ after the Uri attack — are baseless. “When Pakistan responds, it chooses the time, place, and manner — and it is loud and clear. The world will know; we don’t need Indian media to narrate our actions.”
Sharif also addressed reports of Israeli-origin drones used in attacks against Pakistan. “Despite their small radar cross-sections, we have picked up 29 drones. All were neutralized except one, which caused minor damage and injured four soldiers.”
India tries to target Nanakana sahib gurudwara
He noted with concern that India has failed to distinguish between civilian and military targets, resulting in the deaths of three Pakistani civilians so far. One drone even attempted to target a holy site in Nankana Sahib, which Sharif described as “abhorrent and against every religious principle.”
“The only difference between the nights of May 6–7 and May 7–8,” he said, “is that earlier, India collected the remains of their aircraft hit by Pakistan. Last night, we collected their drone debris for them inside Pakistan.”
‘Fantastic tea’
Referring to the famous 2019 capture of Indian pilot Abhinandan, DG ISPR remarked, “Back then, Indian forces were served tea in Pakistan. On May 6–7, we sent tea for them inside India.”
He reassured the public that Pakistan’s airspace is under constant watch, and the armed forces are fully capable of intercepting any aerial threat, including sophisticated 4.5 generation aircraft and drones. “There’s a clear operational strategy in place, especially around urban areas and international air traffic corridors.”
Pakistanis are living normally
Rejecting Indian media narratives as “engineered hysteria,” he said, “Pakistanis are living their lives normally — smiling, working, doing business. We have fought a war against terrorism for over 20 years. Ours is a battle-hardened nation.”
He concluded by asserting that the international community is not accepting India’s version of events, and that Pakistan Armed Forces stand firmly with the nation, ready to defend its sovereignty with truth and strength.
