Only State Can Issue Fatwa or Jihad Order: Field Marshal Asim Munir

Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir says that no one except the state can give an order or Fatwa for Jihad.

Addressing the National Ulema Mashaikh Conference, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that Allah has bestowed the honor of being the guardians of the two holy mosques on Pakistan among the Islamic countries. The holy state and the state of Pakistan have a deep connection and similarity.

He said that the holy state and the state of Pakistan were established on the basis of the holy word in the month of Ramadan. The reason for the similarity between the two states is that the Lord of the Universe wanted to make them the guardians of the two holy mosques and we the guardians of the two holy mosques.

The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) said that he saw and felt the help of Allah coming in Operation Banyan Al-Marsoos.

Field Marshal Asim Munir said that civilians and children are being targeted through terrorism with the support of the Afghan Taliban. 70 percent of the formations of Fitna al-Khawarij that come from Afghanistan are Afghans. Afghanistan will have to choose between Fitna al-Khawarij and Pakistan.

He said that nations that abandoned the intellectual and intellectual legacy of their ancestors have fallen into a state of misery, and no one except the state can issue a Fatwa or order for Jihad.
