Imad Wasim Confirms Divorce, Requests Privacy. National cricket team’s renowned all-rounder Imad Wasim has made an important announcement regarding his marital life and confirmed his divorce.
In his statement released on social media, Imad Wasim said that after long deliberation and due to the differences, that have arisen over the past few years that could not be resolved, he has legally filed for divorce.
Imad Wasim said that this decision is of a very personal nature, therefore he requests the public, fans and the media to respect his private life. He clearly appealed to refrain from sharing or using old photos of the couple and not to refer to his ex-wife as his spouse in the future.
The national cricketer further said that one should not believe any misleading or fabricated stories circulating on social media and other platforms. According to him, if anyone tries to misrepresent this personal matter, character assassination or drag unrelated people into it, he reserves the right to respond to it according to the law.
Imad Wasim also took a categorical stance regarding his children, saying that he is and will continue to be their father, and will continue to fully and fully fulfill their upbringing, care and responsibility.
