PCB Revises Pak-Sri Lanka ODI Schedule

Despite the recent suicide attack in Islamabad, the Sri Lankan team has confirmed that it will continue its tour of Pakistan.

PCB Revises Pak-Sri Lanka ODI Schedule. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced slight changes in the schedule of the Pakistan–Sri Lanka ODI series.

According to the new schedule, the second ODI will now be played in Rawalpindi on November 14 instead of November 13. Tickets bought for November 13 will remain valid for the new date. The third ODI, which was originally planned for November 15, will now take place on November 16, and tickets for November 15 will also be valid on the new date.

The PCB said the schedule was revised in consultation with both cricket boards due to operational reasons.

Earlier this year in July, Pakistan had thrashed Sri Lanka 9-0 in U18 Hockey Asia Cup 2025.

Despite the recent suicide attack in Islamabad, the Sri Lankan team has confirmed that it will continue its tour of Pakistan. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to the Sri Lankan players for their commitment, saying this reflects the true spirit of sports and friendship between the two nations. He assured that full security arrangements have been made for the visiting team.

Meanwhile, the Zimbabwe cricket team has arrived in Islamabad to take part in the upcoming tri-nation T20 series along with Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The Zimbabwe players will rest today before beginning preparations.

The tri-nation series will begin in Rawalpindi on November 18, with all matches scheduled at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The opening match will feature Pakistan and Zimbabwe, starting at 6 pm. Each team will play four matches, and the final will be held on November 29 at the same venue.

The PCB confirmed that all matches of both the ODI and T20 series will now take place in Rawalpindi.
