Mushaal Reveals Field Marshal Asim Munir’s Key Role in Iran-Israel Ceasefire Efforts
Mushaal Urges Global Attention to Palestine and Kashmir Following Meeting with Iranian Envoy. Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organization, former Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Human Rights and Women Empowerment, and wife of jailed Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Mohammad Yasin Malik, held a press conference today after meeting with the Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghaddam.
During her address, Mushaal Mullick expressed deep concern over the recent Iran-Israel conflict, stating that “innocent people died in the Iran-Israel war.” She emphasized the urgent need for peace and stability in the region, saying, “The war should stop, peace should prevail, and all issues should be resolved.” She further called for a lasting solution, urging that “the ceasefire between Iran and Israel should not be temporary.”

Highlighting the interconnectedness of regional tensions, Mushaal asserted that “tensions will persist like this until the issues of Palestine and Kashmir are resolved.” She remarked that the conflict had revealed significant realities, stating, “We learned many things from the war,” and noted that “a new thing emerged in the Iran-Israel war: Iran brought Mossad agents to the forefront.”
In a pointed critique of India, Mushaal alleged that “India has started aquatic terrorism by killing its own people” and accused Prime Minister Modi and the RSS of being “involved in terrorism.” She reiterated that “Pakistan has consistently informed the world about Indian terrorism.”
Discussing diplomatic efforts during the peak of the Iran-Israel war, she revealed that “Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir was in America” at the time and had “made great efforts for the ceasefire and persuaded [parties] for the ceasefire.” She emphasized the importance of advocacy for peace during conflict, stating that “those who talk about peace during war play a special role.”
Mushaal issued a stark warning about the potential consequences of continued inaction, saying, “If the issues of Kashmir and Palestine are not resolved, people will fight wars in the streets and alleys.” She urged the international community to focus on resolving these long-standing disputes, adding, “The world should pay attention to these issues and resolve them.” Concluding her remarks, she stressed the need for global unity, stating, “The more united the world is, the tougher time Modi and Netanyahu will face.”
