Allowance Structure Based on School Level
The revised policy introduces a tiered allowance structure:
- Primary and Middle School Heads will receive Rs 7,500 per month.
- High and Higher Secondary School Heads will receive Rs 10,000 per month.
This financial revision aims to provide differentiated incentives based on school category and management responsibilities.
Recruitment Timeline
According to officials, the written examination is expected to be conducted in July or August 2025, with interviews scheduled to take place before the start of the summer vacation. Successful candidates from both stages will be appointed as school heads.
