India Funding Terror in Balochistan, “Fitna-e-Hindustan” Exposed: DG ISPR. In a joint press conference held in Islamabad, Pakistan’s Interior Secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha and Director-General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, addressed the recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan, attributing them to Indian sponsorship and Afghan assistance.
General Chaudhry stated that the terrorist group “Fitna-e-Hindustan” has claimed responsibility for the recent attack in Khuzdar, where six children were killed and several others injured. He emphasized that this group has no connection to Balochistan and is operating with financial support from India. He further criticized the group’s actions, stating, “These savages are committing atrocities with India’s money.”
Secretary Agha clarified that the attack was not on a school bus but was an assault on Pakistan’s values and education system. He confirmed that initial investigations point to “Fitna-e-Hindustan” as the perpetrators, who, after failing to target hard targets, are now attacking soft targets. He warned that these terrorists will face severe consequences.
The officials also highlighted a series of attacks in Balochistan, including the killings of 7 laborers in September 2024, 21 in October 2024, 3 in November 2024, 10 in February, and 40 in May 2025. They noted that these incidents were part of a broader pattern of violence linked to Indian and Afghan elements.
General Chaudhry also referenced the 25th April arrest of a terrorist in Jhelum, who was found with explosives and communication devices linked to Indian handlers. He questioned, “Who is providing these terrorists with modern and expensive weapons?”
The press conference included videos of victims’ families from Balochistan, underscoring the human cost of these attacks. The officials reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to combating terrorism and protecting its sovereignty.
In response, the Indian government has yet to comment on these allegations. Pakistan has called on the international community to recognize and address India’s role in regional instability.
The situation remains tense, with ongoing investigations and military operations aimed at dismantling terrorist networks in the region.
