Mushaal Condemns Modi Fascist Regime for Genocidal Acts, Erasing Muslim Identity in Kashmir

Mushaal Calls for Global Recognition of India as Genocidal State, RSS as Terrorist Outfit

Mushaal Slams World Silence on Modi’s Genocidal Campaign Against Muslims. Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organisation, lambasted the Narendra Modi-led fascist regime for crossing all limits of barbarism and relentless genocidal acts in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and weaponization of the so-called Waqf Amendment Act designed to erase Muslim identity and loot religious endowments.

Mushaal, who is the wife of unlawfully incarcerated Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, in a strongly-worded statement on Sunday, blasted the world’s criminal silence over the fascist Modi regime accelerated genocidal campaign against Kashmiri and India’s Muslim population.

She asserted that the blood-soaked streets of Kashmir and the consistent controversial legislations were a grim reminder that India’s so-called democracy was a graveyard for minorities.

Mushaal stated that the Waqf Act was not about transparency rather it was a RSS blueprint for cultural annihilation. The chairperson stated that by forcibly inserting non-Muslim administrators into Islamic trusts, banning property rights, and digitizing records for future confiscation, the Modi government was replicating the settler-colonial tactics of Israel in the occupied Kashmir.

She said that Modi-led Indian regime’ aggressive pursuit of RSS agenda of saffronizing India has started taking lives across the country with three persons dead in the latest spate of violence in West Bengal against the recently passed Waqf Act.

Mushaal lamented that the notorious authorities were subjecting Kashmiri people and Muslims of India to unlawful crackdown and killing and silence the dissenting voices through coercive and oppressive measures but the ironically the international community and the so-called champion of human rights organisations remained tight-lipped due to their commercial and business interests.

She exposed the world’s duplicity and double-standard, adding that the world powers actually disconcerted about war crimes and human rights abuses, as they often used them for advancing their own interests otherwise Kashmir dispute would have been resolved long ago.

Mushaal revealed that the Public Safety Act—a law more draconian than British colonial statutes—was being used to disappear young people for their crime of demanding dignity and liberation under the UN-agreed formula.

The Hurriyat leader stated that the scenic valley had been turned into the world’s largest open-air prison and killing field, yet the UN Secretary-General was making tweets about climate change instead of demanding of trials for Modi’s war criminals.

She said that the notorious Indian regime even made India a non-living place for Muslim minority, whose mosques were bulldozed, children were lynched for wearing hijab, and whose waqf lands were now seized to build Hindu temples. However, Mushaal, lamented that the world media, addicted to the Modi growth story narrative, whitewashed these war crimes as internal matters.

The chairperson emphasized that the Waqf Act violence was the beginning of Modi’s endgame, as the Hindu Rashtra was built on Muslim graves.

Mushaal urged UN and world powers to declare India as a genocidal state along with Israel and RSS a terrorist outfit, besides taking tangible and practical steps to settle the Kashmir dispute as per Kashmiri people’s aspirations and wishes for good.
