Pakistan’s First Hajj Flight to Saudi Arabia Set to Depart on May 1. According to sources in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the first Hajj flight will depart for Saudi Arabia on May 1.
The Hajj operation will continue for 30 days, with the last flight departing on May 30. Sources say that the flight schedule is likely to be released by April 10.
Five airlines, including Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Saudi Airlines, will participate in the Hajj operation.
Around 89,000 Pakistani pilgrims will visit the holy sites under the government scheme. A total of 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims are scheduled to perform Hajj this year.
