Benazir Hari Card Scheme: Sindh Farmers Can Now Register Online. The government of Sindh has launched an online registration system for the Benazir Hari Card; this will allow farmers in the region to obtain financial support via this scheme.
To facilitate this new online registration process, the agriculture department has developed a mobile application and website portal. The online registration site was inaugurated by Sindh Minister for Agriculture Sardar Muhammad Baksh Mahar during an agriculture show in Mirpur Mathelo, where he also launched a new agriculture research institute.
Farmers can now register for the Benazir Hari Card through the submission of documents on the designated website (www.benazirharicard.gos.pk), eliminating the need to physically visit government offices.
This endeavor is aimed at supporting over 1.5 million farmers in Sindh. A beneficiary of this program may receive benefits such as subsidies on seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern agricultural equipment.
Other benefits include crop insurance, interest-free loans, and financial compensation in the aftermath of agricultural disasters.
