Shireen Hina Asghar, a Section Officer (BS-18), has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary (Visa) with effect from November 27, 2024.
Interior Ministry of Pakistan appoints officials in key vacant posts. The Ministry of Interior has appointed several officers to take on additional and current charges for vacant positions within the ministry, as stated in an official office order issued today.
According to the details, Nazar Muhammad Buzdar, currently serving as the Additional Secretary (IFS), has been assigned the additional charge of the Director General (NCIMC) effective from November 29, 2024. Fayyaz-Ul-Haq, the Joint Secretary (FATF/Sec), will take on the additional responsibility of Joint Secretary (Law) starting from November 28, 2024.
In addition, Shireen Hina Asghar, a Section Officer (BS-18), has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary (Visa) with effect from November 27, 2024. Muhammad Shafique, Section Officer (Law), will assume the additional charge of the vacant position of Section Officer (Petition) from December 3, 2024.
These assignments will remain in effect for three months or until the regular incumbents for these positions are appointed, whichever comes first, as per the office order, which has been approved by the Secretary of the Interior.
