Arshad Nadeem awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz by President Zardari. In a special ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday, President Asif Ali Zardari awarded the prestigious Hilal-e-Imtiaz to Arshad Nadeem, recognising his exceptional contributions to sports.
The event celebrated Nadeem’s remarkable achievements, both on the national and international stages, solidifying his status as one of Pakistan’s most distinguished athletes.
The Hilal-e-Imtiaz is one of the highest civilian honours in Pakistan, awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the country.
In a series of gestures to appreciate Nadeem’s outstanding accomplishments, The Indus Motor Company (IMC) presented him with its top-of-the-line ‘Made in Pakistan’ Toyota Fortuner GRS.
The presentation took place at a ceremony held at IMC’s manufacturing facility in Karachi. The event was attended by prominent figures, including Sharjeel Inam Memon, Provincial Minister for Information, Transport, Mass Transit, Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control.
In another ceremony this week, Meezan Bank honoured Arshad Nadeem with a cheque for Rs9,297,000.
The presentation, made by Meezan Bank’s President and CEO, Irfan Siddiqui, was met with enthusiastic applause from hundreds of the bank’s employees, further highlighting the national pride in Nadeem’s achievements.
