Nawaz Sharif is not eligible for the general elections in Pakistan
After coming back to Pakistan Nawaz Sharif will be in jail, Protective bail is applicable for four to five days only, Advocate Supreme Court Sher Aman Khan said that Ex Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif submitted a medical certificate in the court that’s why court allowed him to go abroad for medical treatment.
Almost 3 years ago Nawaz Sharif went out of country for the medical purposes and still he didn’t come back to Pakistan.
Replying to a question Sher Aman said currently stage of Nawaz Sharif as a prisoner but on the other hand the legal team PMLN experts are talking about protective bail, through protection bail Ex Prime Minister will get bail.

While talking to Fact File Sher Aman added more that Nawaz Sharif’s case is totally different because Nawaz made commitment with court and after all of this Nawaz will be in jail, Protective bail is not applicable, although he is not under trail prisoner Nawaz can get just four, five days relief on the behalf of protection bail.
Sher Aman said according to my opinion the legal experts of PMLN are wrong at this point. Replying to a question Sher Aman added more detailed Court’s Judgment against Nawaz Sharif are present and that is the interpretation of the articles 62 and 63 of the constitution of Pakistan.
Some legal experts think that after amendment in the election act the disqualification time period is now five years, but the legal experts did not apply for the review of supreme court’s decision within one month that’s why Nawaz Sharif is not eligible for the general elections in Pakistan.
