Maskan Ravi: A joint initiative by RUDA & EPS Solutions
CM Punjab maryam announces plots for special & deserving individuals. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced a scheme to provide free 3-marla plots to deserving and underprivileged individuals.
The Chief Minister inaugurated Zehra Homes/Maskan Ravi in Kala Shah Kaku and visited the site to review the facilities in detail. During the event, she handed over allotment letters and keys to 100 families, expressing satisfaction with the quality and amenities provided at Zehra Homes/Maskan Ravi. Maryam Nawaz was also briefed about the project’s specifics.
According to the briefing, 100 houses have been initially constructed at Mouza Nehra Pur on Kala Khatai Road, Lahore. Each house in Zehra Homes spans 400 square feet and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a courtyard.
The briefing highlighted that Zehra Homes have been built using Tareen EPS Smart Panel Technology, making them earthquake-resistant, energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable. Every house in Maskan Ravi will be powered by a 5-kilowatt solar system. The community also features an RO plant for clean drinking water, a school, a playground, a mosque, and a dispensary.
It was also shared that the Maskan Ravi Housing Scheme is a joint initiative of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) and EPS Solutions Pakistan. During the event, a documentary was presented highlighting the contributions and projects of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif, who leads the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
