Pakistan is gearing up for an exciting white-ball series in Australia this November, marking the commencement of Australia’s white-ball schedule for the summer of 2024-25. The eagerly anticipated tour will feature a total of six games, including three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), scheduled to take place across six venues from November 4 to November 18, 2024.
This tour signifies Pakistan’s return to Australian cricketing grounds after an absence of nearly 11 months since their participation in the Benaud-Qadir Trophy, which featured three Test matches held in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne between December 2023 and January 2024.
The action-packed ODI series will kick off on November 4 at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, followed by matches in Adelaide and Perth on November 8 and 10, respectively. Pakistan’s last ODI series in Australia dates back to 2016, where the home side emerged victorious.
Following the ODI showdown, the focus will shift to the highly anticipated T20I series between Pakistan and Australia. Pakistan’s last T20I appearance on Australian soil occurred in 2022 during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final.
