To which, 64 percent of Pakistanis were in favour of immediate elections. After the hike in the price of petrol will be at Rs209.86, diesel at Rs204.15, and kerosene oil at Rs181.56. It has created severe financial challenges for the citizens. It is interesting that people were already exhausted with financial burdens for several months. The current hike has further increased the troubles.
The Ipsos survey depicts rising mistrust in the current government as the overall economy is also tanking which is a huge challenge for the government.
