The 32-year-old opening batter celebrated her big day in a star-studded ceremony attended by fellow cricketers, coaches, and PCB officials. Some of her teammates, including Kainat Hafeez, Umaima Sohail, Sadia Iqbal, Aaliya Riaz, Natalia Parvez, Bisma Maroof, Iram Javed, and Ayesha Zafar, were also present to share in her happiness.
Sidra looked radiant as she began this new journey surrounded by love and support from the cricketing community.
Over the years, Sidra Amin has made her mark in Pakistan’s women’s cricket, representing several domestic teams such as Lahore, HEC, Punjab, and the State Bank of Pakistan. She made her ODI debut during the 2013 World Cup and later earned a place in Pakistan’s squad for the 2018 ICC Women’s World T20.
Her career highlights include scoring her first ODI century against Bangladesh in the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup and another against Sri Lanka the same year, crossing the milestone of 1,000 career runs.
