Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani is preparing to host another grand celebration as his youngest son, Anant Ambani, got engaged to Radhika Merchant on December 29, 2022. The couple held a traditional Indian roka ceremony at the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan.
Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, shared the joy of the occasion with family and friends. Parimal Nathwani, Director of Corporate Affairs at Reliance Industries, confirmed the news on Twitter and congratulated the couple.
This engagement follows just a few months after Anant’s parents, Mukesh and Nita Ambani, celebrated Radhika’s arangetram ceremony in June. The ceremony marked her completion of formal training in classical dance, highlighting her artistic accomplishments.
Anant Ambani, a Brown University graduate, is set to take a leading role in his father’s new energy business. He has also served on the boards of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. Radhika, a New York University graduate, currently serves as a Director on the Board of Encore Healthcare.
