Maria Fernanda Beltran from Mexico, Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand, and Ileana Marquez from Venezuela followed as the next top finalists. Last year, Marquez made history as the first mother crowned Miss Venezuela.
This year’s competition celebrated diversity and inclusion. After last year welcomed married, plus-sized, and transgender contestants, the 2024 edition allowed women over 28 years old. Beatrice Njoya from Malta made headlines as the oldest finalist at 40.
