According to reports, the couple wants to make their first Christmas as husband and wife extra special. An insider revealed that Ben and J.Lo will be celebrating the holiday in Los Angeles with their children and extended family, aiming to keep everything smooth and friendly.
“They’ll be doing something with all the kids and family, and they’re determined to make it as easy and happy as possible with the exes,” the source shared with Closer Magazine.
The couple plans to host a blended family celebration at Lopez’s Bel-Air home. Ben’s three children from his marriage to Garner will join them to open gifts with Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, before everyone sits down for a festive lunch together.
However, it’s not yet clear if Garner will attend, as her own family is expected to be in town for the holidays. If she doesn’t make it for lunch, the plan is for the kids to spend time at both homes during the day.
Sources say that any past awkwardness between Garner and Lopez has now eased, and their relationship has become respectful and cordial. “They’re never going to be best friends, but both are happy they’ve found common ground,” the insider added.
