Kohli ‘heroics’ helped India pass line against Pakistan in high-octane clash

Iftikhar Ahmed and Shan Masood’s responsible batting after initial setbacks helped Pakistan set 160–run target for India. India had won the toss and elected to bowl against Pakistan. In early overs, India took control by restricting the green-shirts from scoring and dismissing the Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan in under five overs.
Arshdeep Singh, in his first ball in the second over, dismissed Babar (0). In the fourth over, Singh got the wicket of Rizwan (4).
However, Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed’s partnership of 76 runs brought Pakistan back in the game.
