Pakistan Strongly Rejects India’s Provocative Anti-Army Remarks

Pakistan has rejected Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar’s statement on Pakistani forces, calling it baseless and provocative.

As per the issued statement, the Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had said in a statement that most of India’s problems are due to Pakistan’s armed forces.

The Foreign Office spokesperson condemned the Indian Foreign Minister’s statement, calling it irresponsible and provocative.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi said that Pakistan is a responsible state, all institutions of Pakistan, including the armed forces, are strong pillars of national security, these institutions are committed to protecting the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He said that in May 2025, Pakistan’s armed forces responded effectively to Indian aggression with professionalism, determination and responsibility, no propaganda can deny this fact, the Indian leadership’s attempts to defame Pakistan’s state institutions and leadership are a despicable propaganda campaign.

Tahir Hassan Andrabi said that the aim of this Indian campaign is to divert attention from India’s destabilizing actions in the region, India wants to divert attention from its state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, such provocative statements reflect that India does not care about peace, harmony and stability in the region.

The Foreign Office spokesperson said that instead of baseless comments on the Pakistani armed forces, the Indian leadership should investigate the fascist and extremist Hindutva ideology, which has given rise to mob killings, extrajudicial killings and the destruction of places of worship and property in India.

He added that India and its leadership have become hostages to the terror that thrives in the name of religion, Pakistan believes in coexistence, dialogue and diplomacy, Pakistan is united, strong and determined to protect national interests and sovereignty.

It is pertinent to mention that Indian Military confirmed losing fighter jets in clashes with Pakistan.
