The COAS Field Marshal Asim Munir and Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdellati reiterated their resolve to further enhance and solidify the long-standing defence and strategic partnership between the two countries.
As per the the details, the Egyptian Foreign Minister called on the Field Marshal in Rawalpindi, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Monday.

During the official meeting, the two dignitaries reviewed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, with a special focus on defence and security cooperation, military-to-military contacts, training cooperation and regional peace and stability.
The visiting Foreign Minister also conveyed warm greetings from the Egyptian leadership and expressed Egypt’s continued interest in expanding cooperation with Pakistan in all areas.
Both sides stressed the importance of continuous high-level exchanges to address emerging challenges, especially in light of the evolving dynamics of regional security.
Last week, during a meeting with Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Larijani COAS Gen Asim Munir vowed to promote regional peace and anti-terror unity.
