Pakistan Announces 24-Member Football Squad For Jordan Fixture. Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has unveiled the 24-player men’s squad for the World Cup Qualifier Round II against Jordan on Sunday.
Pakistan men’s football team head coach Stephen Constantine announced the squad for the much-awaited game against Jordan, scheduled to be played on March 21 at Jinnah Stadium in Islamabad.
Pakistan’s squad includes a combination of both local and diaspora players such as Mohammad Fazl, a footballer of Pakistani origin from Denmark, who is set to debut for Pakistan.
England’s former age group captain Isa Suleiman has also returned to the team for a Jordan clash.
Pakistan’s captain Otis Khan will not be able to play the match against Jordan due to an injury. Adil Nabi of British Pakistani origin could not be part of the Pakistan team and Muhibullah along with Junaid Shah has been dropped from the team for WCQ against Jordan.
For the Goalkeeper position, Abdul Basit, Yusuf Butt, Saqib Hanif, and Hasan Ali are included in the 24-man squad.
Defenders Abdullah Iqbal, Isa Sulaiman, Mamoon Musa, Muhammad Saddam, Muhammad Sohail, Rao Umar, Muhammad Fazal, and Muhammad Adeel have also been included in the team squad for the WCQ round 2.

Rahis Nabi, Haroon Hamid, Alamgir Ghazi, Rajab Ali, Shaiq Dost Ali, Azir, and Abdul Samad are picked as midfielders in the 24-member squad. For the Forwards slot Imran Kayani, Waleed Khan, Faridullah, and Adeel Younis have been selected in the Pakistan Football squad.
Pakistan football team will play a home match against Jordan in Islamabad Jinnah Stadium on March 21 at 2 pm and an away match on March 26.
