Mobile phone signals have been disrupted in Islamabad since Friday in wake of a protest call by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Islamabad begins to get mobile phone service back. Mobile phone signals have begun to be restored across Islamabad and surrounding areas. The signals are being restored and initial reports suggest that Telenor, Ufone and Jazz customers have started to receive signals, while Zong customers are still awaiting the restoration of service.
Mobile phone signals have been disrupted in Islamabad, Pakistan since Friday in wake of a protest call by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Major roads in Islamabad and Rawalpindi have also been blocked with containers, although that has also begun to ease after over two days.
