Imran Khan bails approved. The local court in Islamabad has granted bail to the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, in the case related to the disruption of the Long March.
According to private news channel, a hearing was held in the judicial magistrate’s court regarding Imran Khan’s bail request in the Long March disruption case. PTI lawyers Naeem Panjutha, Sardar Masroor, and Amina Ali appeared in court. The judicial magistrate, Shaisa Kundi, heard the bail applications of PTI’s founder.
During the hearing, the judicial magistrate asked to discuss Imran Khan’s request first. The judge inquired who would be responsible if something happened to Imran Khan on his way to court. Lawyer Naeem Panjutha said that Imran Khan had appeared in court on his own before and warrants were issued. It is the government’s responsibility to provide security.

The plaintiff is the SHO who does not have the authority to file a case. There are also no witnesses in the cases against PTI founder.
The judicial magistrate inquired whether Imran Khan had been acquitted in previous cases. Lawyer Naeem Panjutha said that Imran Khan had been acquitted in several previous cases.
The court had earlier rejected the request to bring Imran Khan to court, while the decision to grant bail was pending.

While delivering the reserved verdict, the court acquitted Imran Khan in two cases related to PTI’s Long March. The judicial magistrate Shaista Kundi acquitted PTI’s founder in two cases.
It is remembered that cases were registered against the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, in the police station Sahala, Lohe Bher.
