CM Sindh Announces Scholarships for 30,000 Students from 30 Universities

CM Sindh Announces Scholarships for 30,000 Students from 30 Universities. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah announced to provide scholarships to 30,000 students from 30 universities.

An agreement was signed between the Sindh government, Google and Teach Valley at the Chief Minister’s House. And the Sindh Chief Minister also inaugurated 30,000 Google Career Certificate Scholarships.

30,000 Google Career Certificate Scholarships have been launched for students from 30 universities in Sindh.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the Sindh government is taking revolutionary steps in digital education and skill development. And scholarships are an investment for the bright future of the youth.

He said that digital skills will promote the socio-economic development of Sindh. While last year, 1,500 students from 10 government universities were provided scholarships. This year, 30,000 students from 30 government universities will benefit from the scholarships.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that training will also be provided in project management, cyber security and AI. Special quotas are allocated for less privileged classes and women.

He said that 100 percent of the students have completed Google Career Certificates. And Google Career Certificates are courses of 3 to 6 months duration. We want the students of Sindh to get world-class training.
