Faysal Bank & Fauree Introduce Islamic Digital Supply Chain Finance and Agri-Digitization Platform. Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) partners with fintech Fauree to revolutionize Islamic finance.
FBL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fauree to develop digital Islamic Supply Chain Finance (SCF). The MoU was signed by Altaf Hussain Saqib of FBL and Azhar Tasadduq of Fauree in Lahore.
The partnership will create Shariah-compliant digital financial solutions for supply chains and agricultural sectors. SCF products include invoice, inventory, distributor, and export financing for indirect exporters.
The alliance also includes an Agri-digitization platform for growers, millers, and agricultural stakeholders. Faysal Bank CEO Yousaf Hussain said the partnership expands paperless Islamic financing across Pakistan. He emphasized using cutting-edge technology for real-time crop, livestock, and supply chain financing.
Fauree CEO Azhar Tasadduq called the collaboration a major advance in Pakistan’s agricultural economy. With this partnership, Fauree aims to digitize entire Agri-value chains and SME supply networks.
