CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Introduces Digital Salary System. Following the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz‘s orders, the Punjab administration has formally begun a modern branchless banking method to disburse payments in the Forest department, so ending the conventional cash payment system.
Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Minister, stressed the digital wage payment system that her government aims for openness, thereby showing “Every payment will be made with fairness, therefore guaranteeing justice for all employees. Now obsolete, the antiquated cash system was corruptible and flawed, CM added.
Forest workers’ salaries will be directly deposited into their mobile banking accounts under this new digital wage payment system, thereby ensuring openness, efficiency, and financial security.
To finish their verifications and guarantee fairness and transparency, eradicating risks connected with corruption, delays, and unauthorised deductions, biometric authentication and SMS alerts of the employees will be employed.
In collaboration with the Bank of Punjab, the Punjab Forest Department has made all necessary preparations for the most recent system.
