Pakistan Launches ‘Operation Banyan Marsous’ in Response to Indian Aggression. In a dramatic escalation following recent Indian aggression, Pakistan has launched a large-scale retaliatory military campaign dubbed “Operation Banyan Marsous.” According to security sources, the operation targeted key Indian military installations including Pathankot, Adampur, Udhampur, and Suratgarh airbases, as well as critical infrastructure such as the BrahMos missile storage site in Bilaspur, the “G Top” brigade headquarters and supply depot in Uri, and a military intelligence training facility in Rajouri reportedly used for orchestrating attacks inside Pakistan.
Pakistan Air Force’s precision strikes using JF-17 Thunder jets and hypersonic missiles are reported to have completely destroyed India’s Adampur Air Base and the highly advanced S-400 missile system stationed there. The Suratgarh Air Field was also decimated. Indian media has confirmed the destruction of Sirsa Airfield as well, marking a significant blow to Indian aerial infrastructure.
Furthermore, Pakistan reportedly eliminated the BrahMos missile depot in Nagrota and an Indian artillery gun position in Dehrangyari. Security officials claim that multiple Indian targets have been struck, with significant damage inflicted across the board. Adampur, from where attacks were allegedly launched on Sikh communities, has been completely neutralized, according to military sources.
In a coordinated assault, the Pakistani military also targeted and destroyed the “G Top” brigade HQ and a large supply depot in Uri, Indian-occupied Kashmir. One of the most serious developments involves Pakistan’s cyber warfare division, which allegedly launched a large-scale digital offensive that disabled over 70% of India’s power grid, severely affecting the country’s infrastructure.
Pakistan Army has reportedly fired its Fateh-1 missiles as part of the offensive, striking Udhampur Air Base with three missiles, leading to its total destruction. Additionally, key logistical and air support sites such as the Uri Field Supply Depot, Bathinda Airfield, and Khanuar Aviation Base have also been obliterated.
Along the Line of Control (LoC), Pakistan forces are reported to have destroyed several Indian military posts, including Rabtanwali, Danna, Khwaja Bheek Complex, and Rung Contour opposite Sanke. Artillery fire from Pakistan silenced Indian guns, and the destruction of these posts was captured on video footage released by the military.
Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry confirmed that Indian missile attacks on Noor Khan Airbase, Murid Base, and Shorkot were intercepted and neutralized by Pakistan’s air defense systems. “Most of the missiles targeting our airbases were successfully intercepted; all our aerial assets remain safe,” he stated in an emergency press conference. He emphasized that the armed forces are fully prepared to defend the nation and will go to any length to protect the people of Pakistan.
While some Indian missiles landed near Pakistani airbases, no significant damage was reported. General Sharif said the origin of every missile has been tracked and documented, assuring the public that these attacks have only strengthened the resolve of Pakistan’s armed forces.
He further added that India’s failure in its recent strikes has led to growing frustration in New Delhi. “These desperate acts, including attacks in Indian Punjab and Afghanistan, are evidence of India’s reckless aggression,” he noted, accusing India of pushing the region toward war. Pakistan has vowed not to be intimidated by India’s provocative actions, asserting that its military and people remain united and prepared for all scenarios.
Pakistan’s military leadership has condemned India’s “madness,” warning that attacks in Afghanistan and other cross-border provocations have endangered regional peace. As the situation intensifies, the international community is urged to intervene and prevent a full-scale conflict in South Asia.
