Authorities have begun blocking roads leading from Taxila to Rawalpindi, with containers being placed at key locations, including 26 Number Chungi. Major routes connecting Islamabad and Rawalpindi, such as Faizabad, I-8, IJ Principal Road, and Margalla Road closed. Additional containers have been deployed in areas like Sangjani, G-11 Chowk, Golra Mor Flyover, and underpasses.

To minimize disruptions from the protest, all access routes to Islamabad closed by authorities. The Private Schools Association has announced that schools in the capital will remain shut tomorrow for the safety of students and staff.

In related developments, roadblocks have also been established on routes coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, leading to heavy traffic congestion on the Islamabad-Hassan Abdal motorway, with long queues of vehicles reported. Key entrances into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been closed, and traffic on the Peshawar motorway has been halted with containers placed at various locations.
