The worker who used the abusive terms against the Chief Justice of Pakistan was Owais. The 22 years old Owais is known as a supporter of Tehreek-e-Labiak Pakistan or famously known as TLP. Owais was angry at Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa due to one of his judgements in Mubarak Sani case. The objectionable paragraphs were removed from Supreme Court’s judgement in a review filed by the federal government.
The boy was angry at the Chief Justice for religious reasons. In fact, some sources claim that Owais was an opponent of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf also.

On 11 August, the Chief Justice went out to visit Crusteez along with his family to buy some fresh donuts. When Owais saw him, he questioned the bearded man if he was Qazi Faez Isa. When the man nodded to his query, the boy used a slang, “Lanat Hai.” Lanat refers to damning someone. One of the female family member of the Chief Justice stopped the boy from filming. Some sources claim that he was arrested by police immediately. However, the Chief Justice did not file any complaint against the individual. Instead, the Crusteez management was quick in dismissing him. The boy has gone into hiding since then.
Journalist Zahid Gishkori came up with a version of story that this video is a latest leak from his brother. His brother Yasin is an employee of Pakistan Post and he is also arrested.
Although, some political forces began mocking the Chief Justice for his vindictive actions. The actual story shows that Qazi Faez Isa or his family did not file any complaint or police report against Owais.
