In a successful operation in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, security forces have eliminated five alleged terrorists, including Commander Rahzeb alias Khoray, according to a report by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of Pakistan’s armed forces.
The operation was launched based on intelligence indicating the presence of terrorists involved in attacks on civilians, security forces, and extortion activities. The terrorists were reportedly well-armed, and a significant quantity of arms and ammunition was recovered during the operation.
The ISPR emphasized that the security forces’ action is part of their ongoing efforts to counter terrorism and ensure the safety and security of the local population. A search operation is currently underway to locate any additional terrorists who may pose a threat.
