Anti-Drug Smuggling Crackdown: 238 Kilograms of Narcotics Seized. In a continued effort to combat drug smuggling, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has initiated a series of operations resulting in the apprehension of one suspect and the confiscation of 238 kilograms of narcotics.
According to ANF authorities, during four separate operations, a total of 238 kilograms of narcotics were seized. The contraband included 4.3 kilograms of ice discovered in a parcel booked for Australia at a courier office on Faisal Avenue. Additionally, 120 kilograms of charas were intercepted near Coastal Highway, close to Pasni, 111.6 kilograms of charas were seized on the Oil Road in Chaman, and 2.4 kilograms of charas were confiscated near Marri Road in Rawalpindi.
ANF officials stated that the arrested suspect will face charges under the Anti-Narcotics Act. The investigation has been initiated, and a case has been registered against the individual to further probe into the drug smuggling network.
