Overseas Pakistanis laud Gen Asim Munir’s measures for recovery of country’s economy.
COAS Gen Asim Munir called reason for development & stability of Pakistan. A delegation of the Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation held a special event in Barcelona, Spain.
The event was attended by prominent businessmen and social personalities.
The event featured a special discussion and debate on the recent problems facing Pakistan and the efforts of the Pakistan Army to solve them. The participants appreciated army chief Gen Asim Munir’s measures for the recovery of the country’s economy.
The participants also raised slogans of ‘Pakistan’ and ‘Pakistan Army Zindabad’ at the event. They also attributed the positive and effective actions of the chief of army staff as the reason for the current development and stability of Pakistan.
The overseas Pakistanis also praised the army chief for providing new opportunities for foreign investment in Pakistan through the Special Investment Facilitation Council.
The Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation is a non-political and non-profit organisation. It strives for the betterment of society and the welfare of overseas Pakistanis.
It is a special organisation aimed at solving the local and international issues faced by countrymen living away from their homeland. The foundation has been established with a network of highly qualified and dedicated representatives in various countries around the world.
One of the overseas Pakistanis said he saluted the Pakistan Army and its martyrs. Another said the expat community was not an asset of Pakistani politics but of the state of Pakistan.

“The identities of the nations that forget their martyrs are eliminated from the world,” said another expat.
One more participant said that the army was behind the safe land that Pakistan is (“Ye jo mehfooz dharti hai, uske peeche wardi hai.”
