Ali Amin Gandapur has reached the KP House in Islamabad after arriving in a convoy at China Chowk.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s non-bailable arrest warrants issued. A District and Sessions Court in Islamabad, Pakistan has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The warrants have been issued in connection with an illegal arms and liquor recovery case. Judicial Magistrate Mubasher Hussain Zaidi, who is presiding over the case registered at Bara Kahu police station, issued the warrant after Gandapur repeatedly failed to appear in court despite multiple summonses.
This comes soon after Gandapur has entered Islamabad, leading a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally towards D-Chowk.
The court has ordered that Gandapur be arrested and brought before the court for the next hearing, scheduled for October 12. The case has now been adjourned until then.

Upon disembarking from his vehicle, he proceeded towards Express Chowk. During this time, protesters at Blue Area China Chowk clashed with police, resulting in stone-throwing incidents. In response, police and Frontier Corps personnel stationed at D-Chowk marched towards China Chowk to control the situation. The convoy included women and children, highlighting the community’s involvement in the demonstration.
